Thanksgiving Week

This week's Gluten Free Menu:

Sunday - Bok Choi Stir Fry
Monday - Chicken and Rice Soup
Tuesday - Thai Chicken Curry
Wednesday - Spinach Frittata
Thursday - Thanksgiving Dinner Turkey, Sweet Potatoes, GF Stuffing, Green Beans, Cranberry Sauce and Pumpkin Pie
Friday - Thanksgiving Leftovers

Thanksgiving is approaching and you need to have a gluten-free Thanksgiving! Don't worry. It's gotten easier. Last year our Kroger turkey had gluten-free on the label and Butterball is gluten-free too. I usually buy gluten-free stuffing mix (or you could use gf bread or gf corn bread) and fresh cranberries so I can make my own sauce. For the pumpkin pie I usually buy a whole foods crust, but I've made my own before too. And I usually don't serve rolls because for my family, there's plenty of food without them.
