Description
Very simple baked salmon recipe.
Ingredients
1 lb
salmon fillets 1 t
rosemary 1⁄2 t
pepper 1⁄2 t
salt 4 t
capers 2 T
olive oil 1 cn
pam 1
aluminum foilInstructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For each serving, lay a piece of tinfoil on a cookie sheet. Spray with PAM or butter spray.
Lay a defrosted, rinsed fillet of salmon on the tinfoil. Brush the top of the fillet with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning. Add 1 tablespoon of capers to each piece of salmon.
Drizzle with lemon juice. Fold up tinfoil to make a packet.
Cook for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
