Asian Peanut Pasta imported from Recipe Import
Ingredients
2 T
olive oil 1
red onion (sliced) 10 oz
package broccoli slaw 1⁄4 c
peanut butter 1⁄4 c
warm water 3 T
gluten-free soy sauce 1 T
sugar 1⁄2 lb
cooked chicken (cubed, optional) 8 oz
GF rotini pasta (corn-quinoa or brown rice)Instructions
Cook the gluten-free pasta according to the package directions in a medium sized saucepan.
Add oil to a frying pan and heat on medium high. Cook broccoli slaw and red onion until tender.
In a large mixing bowl, blend peanut butter and warm water together until the peanut butter is melted and smooth. Add soy sauce and sugar. Add vegetables and pasta to the sauce. Feel free to thrown in some leftover cooked chicken.
