Description

Easy gluten-free biscuits.

Ingredients

1 2⁄3 c
all purpose gluten-free flour
1 T
baking powder
1⁄2 t
salt
1 t
xanthum gum
2⁄3 c
milk
1⁄3 c
canola oil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 475°.

In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, salt and xanthum gum. In a smaller bowl mix the milk and oil together. Combine the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until mixed well.

Drop large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet with a nonstick silpat or parchment paper and bake for 8 minutes.

Notes

For Maple Biscuits use 1/2 cup milk and 3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup.
