Description
A very refreshing summery salad.
Ingredients
1⁄2
large seedless watermelon (chopped into 1 inch pieces) 1
jicama (sliced into thin stick about 2 inches long) 3 T
fresh cilantro (chopped) 1 T
lime juiceInstructions
Notes
In a large bowl add watermelon, jicama, cilantro and lime juice. Mix together and chill. Serve cold.
