plain yogurt 1⁄4 c
fresh mint leaves 1 T
rice vinegar 1 ds
salt 1 ds
cayenne pepperInstructions

In a blender, puree the cucumbers, yogurt, mint leaves, and rice vinegar. Add salt and cayenne pepper to taste.
