Ingredients

olive oil
1  
yellow onion (small, diced)

green pepper (diced)
2 c
reduced sodium beef broth
15 oz
can diced tomatoes
1⁄2 t
garlic powder
1 t
ground cumin
2 cn
black beans

Instructions

In a large pot add olive oil and saute onion and green peppers over medium heat until tender.  Combine remaining ingredients together and stir.  Warm until heated through.
