Gluten-free baby back ribs
Preheat the oven to 275°.
In a small bowl combine brown sugar, salt, cumin, and chili powder. Rub the front and back of the ribs with the try rub and then wrap in foil.
Bake the ribs for one hour at 275°. Then take the ribs out and let cool for 10 minutes. Open the foil and drain the excess fat and juice. Then brush gluten-free barbecue sauce over the front and back of the ribs. Turn the oven up to 350° and bake with the foil open and bake for 1 hour.
