Description
This recipe is meant to be a super fast week-night meal. Something home-made, warm, and yummy, yet simple for the cook.
Ingredients
1 pk
gluten-free shell pasta 1 cn
diced tomatoes (28 oz) 2 clv
garlic (minced) 2 T
fresh basil 1⁄2
onion (chopped)Instructions
Cook pasta according to package.
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil.
Add diced tomatoes and heat for 3 minutes on medium. Add basil.
Serve sauce over cooked pasta.
