Grape and Craisin Chicken Salad
Preheat oven at 375.
Wash and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook at 375 for 30 minutes.
Let chicken cool and cube into small pieces.
Add ingredients chicken, grapes, craisins, onions, and celery to mixing bowl and mix in mayonnaise. Add walnuts if desired. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve as is, on lettuce, or on gluten free bread.
