Gluten-free Fajitas imported from Recipe Import
Heat oil in skillet and saute onion until soft. Add the meat spices and then add bell pepper strips. Then add broth and bring to a boil. Add in chicken strips, then reduce heat to simmer and simmer an additional 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve on corn tortillas with spanish rice and a heated can of fat-free refried beans. Guacamole and salsa can be served with this meal as well.
