Make the Meatballs
In a large bowl combine ground beef, parsley, salt and pepper. Cover a cooking sheet with aluminum foil and make meatballs. Cook for 20 minutes at 425.
Make the Sauce
In a large pot add the 2 cans diced tomatoes and 1 can of tomato paste. Add basil and oregeno. Turn stove to medium heat. In a separate frying pan saute the garlic, carrot and onion in olive oil. Add sauted vegetables to large pot. When the meatballs are finished add them to the pot as well.
Pasta
Prepare the gluten free pasta as instructed on the package.
Serve
Ladle the meatballs and sauce over the pasta and enjoy!
