Tofu Tostadas imported from Recipe Import
In bowl, combine tofu, bell pepper tomato, onion, cilantro and garlic.
Drizzle in lime juice, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
Just before serving place 2-4 tbsp of mixture on a tostada shell.
Garnish with shredded cheese and sour cream. Enjoy!
