Description

A simple wrap that works well for on the go lunches or light summer dinners.

Ingredients

1⁄3 c
prepared hummus
4  
rice tortillas (8 inches)
2 c
cubed cooked chicken breast
1⁄4 c
chopped roasted sweet red peppers
1⁄4 c
crumbled feta cheese
1⁄4 c
thinly sliced fresh basil leaves

Instructions

Spread hummus on tortillas. Add basil leaves, roasted red peppeter, chicken and feta cheese. Roll and enjoy.
