Hearty gluten-free beef strogonoff.
Prepare the pasta according to the package while cooking the meat and making the sauce.
Cook the meat on medium high heat and for about 10 minutes and then place it on a plate.
Next add the olive oil and the garlic and cook on medium high heat for a few minutes until the garlic is fragrant. Saute the onions and mushrooms until tender. Add the corn starch and mix into the oil and vegetable mixture and then slowly add the beef broth. Add the worchester sauce, salt and pepper to the pan. Finally add the plain yogurt.
Place the meat back into the sauce. Drain the pasta and serve the meat and sauce mixture over the pasta.
