Ingredients

8  
corn tortillas
2 c
black beans or GF chili
1  
(2.5 ounce) can black olives
1  
(10 ounce) bag of mixed greens
1  
avocado (chopped)
2  
ripe tomatoes (chopped)
1 bn
green onions
   
sour cream (optional)
   
taco sauce (optional)
   
salsa (optional)

Instructions

For each plate, place some black beans or GF Chili on a corn tortilla and microwave it until warm. Add mixed greens, tomatoes, green onions, avocado and black olives over the chili. Add salsa, taco sauce, or top with sour cream if desired.
