Broccoli Quiche imported from Recipe Import
Preheat oven to 425
Make the Crust. Take 2 cups cooked brown rice. Mix with 1/4 cup of cheese and 1 egg. Press rice mixture into a pie plate and bake for 10 minutes

Combine 4 eggs and the milk in a separate bowl. Beat together. Add cheese to mixture. Place the broccoli in the crust and pour in egg mixture. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Then turn down heat to 300 and bake for another half hour or until the egg mixture is set.
Note : This recipe takes a little longer to cook but cleanup is easy if you’ve cleaned up along the way. You can serve apples and cheese as an appetizer as you wait for the quiche to bake.
