Green Salad

Description

Very simple gluten-free week night salad.

Ingredients

10 oz
mixed greens (can buy prewashed and bagged)
1 c
cherry tomatoes (halved)
1  
cucumber (peeled and sliced)
1⁄2 c
GF vinegar and oil dressing (such as Newman's Own)

Instructions

Combine vegetables in salad bowl and sprinkle with dressing.
