Greek Salad

Description

This is a simple weeknight and gluten-free version of Greek Salad.

Ingredients

10 oz
romaine lettuce
1⁄2 c
red onion (diced)
1⁄2 c
Kalamata olives
1  
cucumber (sliced)
1  
green pepper (diced)
2  
tomatoes (diced)
4 oz
feta cheese
   
Newman's Own Oil and Vinegar Dressing

Instructions

In a medium sized bowl, combine the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, olives. Toss with dressing. Sprinkle salad with feta cheese and serve.
