Chili Nachos

Description

Gluten-free Chili Nachos.  Perfect for a game snack or a Friday night meal.

Ingredients

1 pk
tortilla chips
2 c
gluten-free chili
1 c
guacamole
1 cn
sliced olives
1 bn
green onions (chopped)
2  
tomatoes
1 pk
romaine lettuce (chopped)
1 pk
shredded monterey jack cheese
8 oz
salsa (optional)

Instructions

Divide chips onto 4 plates.  On each plate, add chili over the chips and
sprinkle shredded cheese over them.  Heat in the microwave until the
chili is warm and the cheese melts  Spread shredded lettuce over the
chips and then add black olives, green onions, and tomatoes and/or
salsa.  Finally add guacamole to the top of the pile.  Enjoy!

Notes

To get the best results use the best quality ingredients.  Try high quality chips.  I like to use blue corn tortilla chips and if you have the energy make your own guacamole and salsa.
