Description
A fast tostadas recipe for a busy night.
Ingredients

tostada shells 1 cn
refried beans 1
avocado 1 cn
salsa 2 c
shredded lettuce (shredded) 1⁄4 c
shredded Mexican cheese 1⁄2 c
cilantro 4
radishes (halved and sliced ) 2 c
shredded chicken 1
onion 4 oz
sour cream (optional)Instructions
Mix the radishes, lettuce, chopped onion, and 1/4 cup of the cilantro.
Layer the tostada shell with heated refried beans, salsa, heated shredded chicken, lettuce mixture, remaining cilantro and cheese. Add a dollop of sour cream if desired.
