Spinach Rice Casserole imported from Recipe Import

Ingredients

1⁄2  
frozen spinach leaves (defrosted bag)
1 T
water
2 T
onion (minced)
1 c
(4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese)
1⁄3 c
milk
2  
eggs (beaten)
1 t
salt
1 T
Worcestershire sauce (optional)
   
Leftover bacon (optional)
1 c
cooked rice

Instructions

Preheat oven 325.

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients but the spinach. Finally, add the spinach and stir. Pour into a greased 8x8-inch square baking dish.
Bake at 325 degrees for 35-40 minutes, until set in the middle. (Test with fork.)

Leftovers freeze well.

Saute the squash over medium heat and add basil, salt and pepper to flavor.
