Description
Finger food that has spinach in it.
Ingredients
2
medium-sized russet potatoes (peeled, cooked, and mashed) 1⁄2 c
shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄4 c
milk 1 ds
nutmeg 1 c
spinach (chopped finely) 1⁄2 T
olive oil 2 clv
garlicInstructions
1) Preheat oven to 425
2) Saute the chopped spinach with 2 whole cloves of garlic.
3) Mash the potatoes, milk, and cheese together. Add nutmeg. Take out the garlic from the spinach mixture and then add the spinach to the mix.
4) Use a piping bag to pipe swirls onto a silpat or parchment paper.
5) Brush with oil and bake for 12-15 minutes.
