Salmon and Capers imported from Recipe Import
Ingredients

salmon fillets (6 ounce) 2 T
extra-virgin olive oil 1⁄2 t
salt 1⁄2 t
freshly ground black pepper 1 T
fresh rosemary leaves (minced) 2
lemons (sliced into fourths) 1⁄4 c
lemon juice (about 1 lemon) 4 t
capers 4
aluminum foil (pieces)Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay a piece of tinfoil on a cookie sheet. Spray with PAM or butter spray. Lay a defrosted, rinsed fillet of salmon on the tinfoil. Brush the top with oilive oil. Sprinkle with seasoning. Add 1 tablespoon of capers. Drizzle with lemon juice. Fold up tinfoil to make a packet. Cook for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
