Description
Rice made with chicken broth and vegetable to add flavor.
Ingredients
2 c
chicken broth 1 c
rice 1
onion (diced) 1
green pepper (diced) 2
carrots (diced)Instructions
If using a rice cooker add chicken broth, rice, carrots. Stir them up and turn on the rice cooker 30 minutes before the meal is going to be served.
If you don't have a rice cooker, bring the chicken broth to a boil, then turn down the heat to low and add the rest of the ingredients stirring occasionally until the broth has been soaked into the rice, about 20 minutes.
