Description
A quick version of Pork Souvlaki. Despite its intimidating name the ingredients are very simple.
Ingredients
1 lb
boneless pork chops 1
lemon 2 clv
garlic (mashed int a paste) 2 T
olive oil 1 t
oreganoInstructions
Cut the pork into 1/2 inch strips.
In a zip lock bag mix the pork with the garlic paste, juice of the lemon, salt and pepper and olive oil.
In a large pan over medium heat, saute the pork with the marinade for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
Serve with yogurt sauce.
