Description

Spices are the key to success with this gluten-free pizza so make sure to include those ingredients. Fresh spices are usually better if you have them.

Ingredients

1 T
yeast
1 1⁄3 c
milk
1 t
sugar
1 1⁄2 c
brown rice flour (Bob’s Red Mill)
1 c
corn starch
2 t
xanthum gum
1 t
salt
1⁄2 t
rosemary (dried)
1⁄2 t
garlic powder
1⁄2 t
oregano
2 t
olive oil
2 t
cider vinegar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Heat the milk in the microwave. Combine the milk, sugar and yeast in a small mixing bowl and stir until it dissolves. Let this sit and allow it to bubble while you proceed to the next step.

Combine the brown rice flour, corn starch, xanthum gum and spices in a larger mixing bowl. Add the rosemary and oregano in the bowl.

Add the oil and vinegar to the yeast mixture, which should have some air bubbles by now. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir well.

Grease the pan and spread some all-purpose gluten-free flour to prevent sticking. Using your fingers press the dough out to the edges of the pan.

Pre-bake the dough for 8-10 minutes before making the pizza.
