Ingredients

1 lb
ground beef
1  
onions, chopped finely
2 clv
garlic
1 cn
(15-ounce) tomato sauce
1 T
cider vinegar
1⁄2 T
Worcestershire sauce
   
Ground pepper (to taste)
1 t
cloves
1 t
allspice
1⁄2 t
cayenne pepper
1 t
ground cumin
1⁄2 oz
unsweetened chocolate (chopped)
1 pk
gluten-free spaghetti

Instructions

In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, sauté onion and ground beef until ground beef is slightly cooked.. Drain the fat from the meat. Add garlic, and chili powder and sauté for a minute or two.

Then add allspice, cloves, cinnamon, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, unsweetened chocolate, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, cider vinegar, and 1/2 cup water. Add ground pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove from heat.

Cook GF spaghetti according to package directions and transfer onto individual serving plates. Cover GF spaghetti with chili.

For a 3-way : add Cheddar Cheese (optional)
For a 4-way : a 3-Way plus onions or red kidney beans
For a 5-way : spaghetti, chili, onions, red kidney beans and cheese
