Easy recipe that's great for leftovers.
1.Over medium high heat add garlic to pan until fragrant for just a few minutes.
2.Then add onion, carrots, peppers and broccoli. Cook until tender.
3.Add chicken and rice until warm and stir in soy sauce.
4.Push the contents of the pan to one side and scramble egg for a minute then then mix the egg into the rice mixture.
It's ready to serve!
