Ingredients

garlic (minced)

beef

green pepper (red! )

onion (sliced)

10 ounce package spinach
1⁄4 c
gluten-free soy sauce
1 T
sugar
1 T
fresh ginger (minced)
1 T
crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
1 c
white or brown rice

Instructions

Cook rice according to the package directions.
Slice meat into thin pieces and cook on the stove. When the meat is cooked move the meat onto a plate.
Sauté garlic in the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onion and green pepper and sauté until tender. Add spinach and saute a few minutes until tender.
Then add soy sauce, sugar, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Add meat to the vegetable and sauce mixture and serve over cooked rice.
