Description
This works well as a crock pot meal on a weeknight or as slow-cooked Sunday dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb
stew beef (lean) 1 T
olive oil 4
carrots (chopped) 1
onion 4
yukon gold potatoes (quartered) 4
celery stalks (chopped) 15 oz
beef broth 1
bay leaf 1 ds
ground allspice 1 T
Worcestershire sauceInstructions
Brown the meat with olive oil. Add water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic,
bay leaves, onion, salt, pepper, and allspice. Add carrots and
celery. Cook at 350 for 2 to 3 hours or cook all day in a crock pot.
